Food Matters DVD and Detox Guide E-Book Giveaway

Happy New Year, everyone!

There’s a little less than a week to go before the New Year’s giveaway of the Food Matters DVD and Detox Guide e-book ends on January 7, so don’t miss out on a good deal, guys!  

I’ve learned so much from the Food Matters web site and DVD, and from the new book, Hungry for Change, that I’m really excited for you to benefit from the knowledge I gained.  As we take stock of how much we may have consumed during the holidays, why not begin 2013 with a solid game plan for health and nutrition in 2013?

    This year (2013), I resolve to drink lots of water, more fruits & veggies, less sugar and salt! AND I MEAN IT!

  2. Happy New Year everyone. We all have New Years Resolution and I think we all have similar things that we want to happen. But for me, as long as I am with my family and love ones, I will no longer ask for anything.
