The God who provides

meskerem1-2

Psalm 145:15:  The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food at the proper time.

Grateful to be a child of Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides all that I need.

Happy Sunday!

    • It was taken at an Ethiopian restaurant in downtown DC, Dina. the dish is called Messob and it’s a mixture of spicy and mild veggies and meats. You tear the bread, called njera, and take up the pieces of food in the bread with your hands and eat it. I love it!

  8. Hi Alison,
Just wanted to stop by and thank you for your prayers and support on my blog this week. The encouragement has helped me to take hold of His Light and move out of the darkness. But it is a fight like you said. Fight the enemy, pray, remember God’s word, and fight again. Thank you for standing with me through the dark times.
    Blessings,
    Janis

    • My pleasure, Janis. Grateful that in some small way I was able to encourage and exhort. God is very faithful to accompany us through the dark times and transport us into the light. His presence makes every challenge more bearable.

Have a great weekend, my dear!
